      Korea...English,,,or any other language...GD's love is for ALL of his fans, because now more then ever he is aware of how international Big Bang's entire fanbase is. He may have twitted it in Korean because Korean is his first language, it is easiest for him, he can make those funny little witty jokes and word play in it better then he can in English...etc... but either way, when he thanks his fans, it's for all of them...not just the Korean ones.

      Then again, that may just me my thoughts :)

    Aw, it's really sweet that he's talking about giving fans a big fun surprise when he's the one who should get one. He's the one working hard up to and during his bday after all. But fans will probably give him a bday present by making him No. 1 right? ;)

    Hope the KRMB thing hasn't stressed him out too much and he managed to get an MV done that's creative, works within the new law and that he's happy with too. I was gonna say I hope he's getting a bit more rest and some nice food... but my guess is he's probably busy finessing his fashion picks, practicing his choreography like a boss and pretty much being the hard-working pedantic perfectionist leader that we all know and love! :P.

    I think he writes it in Korean b/c he's more comfortable using that language.

    Plus I'm sure everyone in YG Ent knows about fan websites like BBUpdates who keep fans in tune with new news on their YG idols. It's very common for fan sites that use languages other than Korean to translate interviews, videos and idol tweets for their readers.

    So there's no need for GD to do a double post/tweet when he has great up-to-date fan sites like BBUps he can depend upon to spread the news. ;)

    It doesn't matter what language he writes in, I think he's confident in knowing other VIPs are out there translating what it says. He also probably doesn't know how to express as touching and deep using English, so he resorts to Korean and knows us iVIPs are out there translating it all. Meaning he knows there are international fans, just he feels more confident in us to translate it all :)
