G-Dragon new album release delayed

Posted by on August 10, 2012

G-Dragon’s new solo album will have to delay its release date due to the new video rating law implemented by the Korea Media Rating Board (KMRB).

According to a report by Star News, G-Dragon and YG Entertainment just recently found out that the new video rating law initiated by KMRB gets enforced on August 18, the initial set date for G-Dragon’s new solo album, which is also his birthday. Because of this new law, all videos expected to get released and uploaded online after August 18 are required to get a classified ranking by the KPRB prior to its release.

KMRB is accepting new videos requests starting from August 13, one week prior to the first enforcement date. It usually takes 7 to 10 days to get the classification so G-Dragon is expected to get his new MV out on August 20 at the earliest.

“We planned all the promotions with G-Dragon’s birthday in mind. But unfortunately, his birthday falls on the same day as the first enforcement date. Because of this new rule, a lot of our plans are getting complicated,” Yang Hyun Suk, the head of YG Entertainment said.

He also expressed his disappointment with the new law saying, “Time is a very sensitive issue in the K-Pop industry. A lot of the artists spend hours editing the video even until the last moment before releasing it. It’s this type of attention to detail and professionalism that really brought up K-Pop’s overall quality.”

He continued, “Due to this new system, a lot of the artists are no longer able to plan their promotions in advance. We don’t even know when the video will first get released now, so all of our plans are heading for the worst case. If KPRB doesn’t pay more attention to the root of the problem, this is only going to get worse.”

Meanwhile, G-Dragon began filming for his new music video yesterday and was aiming for a comeback on August 18, just in time for his birthday. This will be his second solo album and the first in three years.

  • TOPTOPTABI

Honestly this new law is a load of BS, it's only going to set kpop backwards. -__- Seriously, even 10 second teasers have to be reviewed! What exactly is it going to achieve except annoyance and trouble to companies?!

    • GDnic

      and irritates fans too!

      • TOPTOPTABI

        Yes, that too!

    • https://twitter.com/najwashah_BBVIP Najwa Shah ♛

I really don't understand that new law..So what law, they must release GD Album on 18 August..This new law totally annoyed! They should not do that when GD's Birthday :'(

      • http://twitter.com/sayha0909 seha

why???????i'm going to be very busy on september...so i need to be update about his album at least before september...erkkkkk... i hate law!!!!

        • You

You are going to be busy in September?? Oh no! Lol.

      • yuu

so in the end what happened? the album is still getting released on 18.. ?

        • http://twitter.com/NgocTranLe ♕TranLe♕

Unfortunately not. The KMRB is going to start accepting videos to review on the 13th for videos that are planning to be released on the 18th (which was the date he planned to release it) or anytime later, but it takes at least 7 days to review the video for whatever they are reviewing for, so, at the very least, the album is going to be delayed until the 20th.

    • bbissou

Does the law apply to youtube releases? Can they control what is released on a non-Korean based video site?

      • misspricilla

that is their aim. so before (as far as i know) they censored the videos only within Korea but artists could upload their uncensored videos.now they will put every video under the loop and only after they said yes can the videos be uploaded on youtube or any other video sharing sites. That is why companies and idols are angry.

  • Sam Adams

This law is complete and utter crap. :P

    • sam

Damn right, galfriend!!! You speak the truth.

  • clay maryel san jose

    ARGHHH..NO!!!!!

  • MEGGY22

that's fine for as long as it'll be surely released...sad part...i wanna, personally, have it released, too, on his birthday!! law is law...all need to abide!!! can't wait for GD's album!!! big love to GD forever!!

    • http://www.bigbangupdates.com/ VIP4Daesung

Yeah, I want it released on his birthday too, though I wish there was something like a petition that people could sign/join to fight this bill, KOrean or otherwise...because it affects international fans/enthusiasts too.

What people don't like, and what is bothering others about it, is that this is a NEW law...so while yes it has to be abided by....it is coming out of nowhere, is a brand new law that they have to face just in time for GD's release, and like YG said in it and others two, it throws scheduling off and takes a long time to be reviewed...in the world of entertainment, ever single second is key.

      • soluiz

There is a petition. But it was all in Korean in daum

      • Jeannie

I also thought of a petition which will show international Kpop fans' disapproval, but now I'm doubting if that will work. This government...... I thought we Koreans just need to endure half a year, but things are getting worse and worse. So much worried, but I just hope the irrational law or anything won't interrupt GD's successful solo comeback.

      • Jacqueline

I have mentioned on here before that I don't mind using my blog as a way to push a petition. I'll stand out front, I just need the whole of the fans behind me. Just say the word. Yet, what would the point be if no one wants to fight.

The board accepts mv for screening on the 13. Being a big company and using such an obvious loophole might not be a good idea. My thoughts.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!! I don't get this! I might fairly new to Kpop, but what is so racy about their music videos? What the.. It's more meaningful to release the album on GD's birthday. > <

  • dodo18

honestly bigbang boys solos are going most of them to be banned. with bigbang they always try to comform to korean laws since like gd said bigbnag is for the public , but when it come to their solos i have always loved how they ar free! i'm absoluletly angry, i want gd to put all his crazy ideas in his mv that is his charm, tae to show his abs, maknae to get oversexy!!

    • http://twitter.com/YinPestano Cindy Pestaño

I agree. And we all know how meticulous GD can get. He would prepare everything according to his ideas and views and if this new law try to get his music video trimmed down or whatnot, then they are already cutting pieces of relevant scenes that they tried to think hard and create for a long time. Stations have banned their songs before for being too provocative etc., (e.g. knockout) and now with this rule, they try to do it to music videos too? Boo. Plus, I want him to release it the day he wants it too because we all know how special and important to GD to release an album the same day as his birthday like his first album. It makes it more meaningful. *sigh*

  • jiyonglegend

Just release teasers on the 18th then.

  • jbbk

Yg is starting to annoy me. Always making
more enemies maybe this time its the KMRB.
I don't want another kbs like situation. Alot of people
in korea thinks that bigbang are arrogant. I'm guessing
it's because of YG. I know it's important to voice your
opinions but i think in some situations like this it's
better to stay quiet by not complaining and blaming.
I don't want any controversies for gds comeback please.

    • IamNotATroller

      u are more annoying ==
what he's said is true, it's better than being quite puppy = =

    • dodo18

as much i think yg is arrogant on this one i agree with him. this law is just breaking freedom of artist to express themselves. it's normal for them to control their network but internet , south korea is supposed to be a democratic country

      • jbbk

Yeh i agree what he said was the right thing
for kpop. But sorry I just care about bigbang..
The law cannot be changed overnight so I wish
he stayed quiet and not create more drama for gd.
Sorry for being so imatture about this.

        • dodo18

i just care about bigbang reason i'm against this law, even now bigbang boys were like somewhere traped like they can't express everything they want or show everything they have to show. with this new law it will be even worst. even before this law half of gd & top album was banned, seung ri strong baby, taeyang solar have some songs banned too. with this even more amazing songs are going to be banned

          • jbbk

Your right! Thanks for the info and thanks
            for not bashing on me.

    • http://www.facebook.com/jayde.wynn Jayde Wynn

But what they are saying. It's stupid this new law when there are more pressing things going on in Korea. Korea is a very conservative country as it is and instead of monitoring things like MVs, why not spend it on the things that matter like the suicide rates or the unbearable schooling scheduals ect there is no much, but they have a excuse of 'Protecting youths' i'm pretty much it's not helping, I mean Knocked out got blocked because it was 'Sending the wrong message' I think it's stupid tbh.YG are right to voice their opinions on the matter. Hallyu is getting huge atm and it''s just put a huge block on it.

  • IamNotATroller

I dont know, are u VIPs or Haters = =

    • dodo18

being a vip don't mean to agree with everything yg or bigbang does .

      • http://bigbangsmiles.blogspot.com/ ♛ HunnyBB ❤ 지용 ♛

yeaaa somehow i do think..BB doesnt even get enof rest..i mean..they hv packed schedules dude! poor BB~~ T_____T

    • VIPUSA

Hi Ling, I don't think he/she is a hater I think he/she is just venting the frustration that we all in some ways feel about the whole situation. I agree with some of the things post it, mainly been that BB schedule is all messed up.

  • mizskullzzz

boohooo to KMRB..they suppose to support hallyu wave but their actions seems not to...praying dat there is no more problems b4 d release of GD's new album...

  • https://twitter.com/#!/elanieyzww xxelxx

bad news. as a non-korean i know i should not respond on this, but dont it'll effect korean music industry itself? idk what they're thinking and try to achieved, but this is totally insane.

    • Jacqueline

I don't think that South Korea wants to be known for Kpop yet instead for their other industries like electronics, automotive and such. Things that they can make in mast quantity and sell overseas. Not gyrating hips and songs about love.

  • AnnaJung

    it's unfair!!!!! i cant wait more...T_T

  • pascha120

Oh well, as long as it comes out a week or so later it'll all be good.

I'm gonna try and stay positive and think that more time = more time for editing an even better video. Oh yeah and more time = maybe an extra day in the studio working on his album or even a day off for GD b/c between BB's tour and his solo work the poor guy must be getting very little sleep!

  • http://bigbangupdates.com/ DaeGD4ever

With that whole paragraph, you just completely contradicted yourselves. I had to laugh at cash cows cause that was the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. SOME VIps are starting to whine a lot these days and it is making this whole site gloomy. " i want GD album", "I want a world tour", "I wanna see more of the boys" yet "Yg is pulling our boys in every direction trying to fill all of our demands" see how contradictive that sounds.?? whine whine whine..TALK ABOUT BEING territorial over 5 guys who is living their dream.

    • 24shee

Your being mean. This person obviously
cares about our boys. Thats all that matters.

      • http://bigbangupdates.com/ DaeGD4ever

Not my intention to be mean really, but there is a lot of repetitive comments like this. This is Big Bang's first world tour so it seems a lot of you are not used it but I honestly think the boys have a lot of time for themselves to have fun and go on vacations. is it just me that thinks they are PROS and can pull this hectic schedule with so much ease. OTher SM artists have a huge fanbases because they showcase themselves to the world and we all want the same for Big Bang so they can win awards and be popular not just in Korea but also in Japan and China. They cant do this while sitting down and have half a year off. Some people even wanted Taeyang and Daesung album this year, yet they complain about YG giving them too much schedule. There is no way of pleasing fans. I know everyone means well but can we go back to being a POSITIVE FANDOM.

  • http://bigbangupdates.com/ DaeGD4ever

We all knew it wasnt going to be released on Aug 18th, so I really dont see why people are shocked, and to blame this whole thing on YG making excuses because the album is is very childish. I honestly thing it is not ready, but still what the heck is wrong with giving it couple of more days to perfect it. PLus, I wouldnt be shocked if their changing their ideas a little in order to agree with this banning thing so that it is not delayed more. It is GD we are talking about, we shouldnt care as long as he releases one this year.

    • Jacqueline

Yeah, I think Yiyong, album is not ready. As far as I know, I believe he was still working on it. Yet if he is working on videos that means he was close to completion and hoping to get it released. I just hope that he's not censoring himself and altering his work just to please the Board. That would be disheartening.

  • VIPUSA

I honestly don't care when GD's album/MV gets to be release, as long as it gets release and not censor. I really don't like this whole "Album Release" drama that has been created, cause it could have a negative impact later on.
This also shows how poorly organized YG is getting, he needs to hire people who can manage all YGE artis schedules accordingly in a timely manner. This type of delays and lack of organizations can have also negative impact for the company. I mean BB schedule is all messed up, but none is more hugely messed up than 2NE1 poorly handle promotional schedules and album delayed.
As for the new rules, there is nothing we IVIP's can do about it. Only time will tell whether or not the new regulations have a positive or negative impact on the whole Korean Music scene. I personally don't agree with it cause they are basically censoring freedom of expressions to all music artist.
All in all I want the best for GD's album, he has been working so hard for it and he deserves to have a great release and an awesome promotional cycle. I just don't want another 2009 a like year, GD doesn't need more drama in his life.

    • Jacqueline

The whole of the scheduling can not be placed solely on YG's head. One person can only do so much, yet they do have people for every artist there. What needs to be changed maybe is the frequency of the artists release. You have the big Bang members each having individual projects that they want to engage in all while keeping the main bread and butter on the plate - Big Bang. As I've said before each member joined Big Bang with dreams off their own. Yes, they love each other and have this brotherhood, however they have dreams of their own that they want to fulfil as well. They have been trained to work in this manner and this has been the formula from the beginning. Now that the family in the company has grown this formula may not work anymore. As well as, how training these artist may not work. big Bang benefited from having the whole of the company behind them and they were hungry and talented to begin with so their success was inevitable. The rest well, they have it easier now and so I believe training and staffing may have gotten shortened or spent. I just don't feel that YG can solely be blamed here. Yet, he is the head of the company so I understand the heat on him. As for Jiyong, he'll be just fine.

  • http://twitter.com/YinPestano Cindy Pestaño

You do hit your points. I also thought if they could make the August 18 release, they might be just using this as an excuse, and I totally agree about BB having such a full packed schedule. But at the end of the day, I do agree with YG in one thing; that is, I do not support this new KMRB and its rule. Where is the right of people/artists to express themselves?

With everything that happened last year, it does seem that they are trying to make up for the lost time by releasing a lot of new songs/albums this year and doing a world tour. Whether it is all YG's idea or BB really wants to meet with their fans, I can't tell. But I do think BB has strong opinions and does have a say in this. :)

  • soluiz

Bb are one of the idols with the most freedom out there. They chose to re-contract with yg. kmrb is accepting MVs for screening on the 13. It's not a good idea for yg to use such an obvious loophole. It's not like gd is doing nothing and using the same album that got delayed either. i replied because you don't sound like a very small kid.

  • http://ghyuphi.wordpress.com/ GHyuphi

Aah I think the New law is not fair,..It would be so nice if GD can release his solo album on his birthday,..

  • Kenley

That's a very very stupid regulation. Doesn't it curtail one's freedom of expression? To think that even teaser videos must be screened a week prior to its release. It is a predicament on the part of both the artists/producers and the fans. Although I understand that the Korean government's intention means well, nevertheless with the vast world that is the internet they cannot shield their youth from everything.
The means must be lawful as well. Freedom of expression must not be regulated in this oppressive manner.

Still excited for GD though. I love that he's more active in twitter now. I guess he can post screen caps or something. Please tell me photos are not screened by their Board.

    • Jacqueline

Technically, if I'm not mistaken, they can completely block their citizens from having access to the outside world if they wanted through the way they connect to the internet or something like that, if they really wanted to. They can become so oppressive that they could make so no one leaves that country without permission. I mean, it's starting to look like they are trying to be uber conservative. I hope not. It just seems that way.

      • chandler

they could do that but they wouldn't. that would just make south korea exactly like north korea

  • DarknessRa

All of these looks to me more and more like a sabotage of GD's MV/song... I mean, they had to make this law just when GD comes back...

    • wahida wahab

All Kpop artists should plan their comebacks at the same time >:] (Have fun reviewing all those teasers/MVs, KMRB >:] )

Pretty unfortunate for GD though :[ This law is an inconvenience :

  • vip4ever

Wow Korean government instead of worrying and spending resources on what the content of a music video is, you should worry about the suicide rate on your country. Stupidest law ever....

  • Jacqueline

I have been advocating that Jiyong leave the country all together. I know that everything he loves is there including the company that has been behind him. It's either he leaves the company or the company take root in another country altogether to avoid this issue again. I know it defeats the purpose of promoting Korean artistry yet. There are a ton of hungry Korean artist in America alone that are just dying for an opportunity of some kind that YG or even Jiyong (starting his own thing) can take full advantage of. I shouldn't say take advantage of, however it is a business and there are plenty of fish in this sea here that need some guidance and a chance at a dream come true.

This board (KMRB) seems hellbent on making this happen in a for real way without any real dialogue or further explanation where all parties are satisfied. This puts the Kpop industry in a cage with a lock attached hanging free yet not letting the door be able to be opened either. The illusion of freedom. I keep saying come to America, have the American dream just as they've had the Korean dream; I believe having the base here and a branch there will solve things. I don't believe they can control what happens here only what happens in Korea.

I am not a part of the goings on of what's happening in Korea. I am not a part of meetings to resolve this issue of Jiyong's album release, video production or the eradication or at least a harmonization of this new law, though I wish I were. I'd work smart not hard to bring a satisfactory solution to all parties involved. I still believe in letting the KMRB hear the international voices in various forms through the internet is a start to helping create a better solution. I am baffled by the lack of outrage over this issue by supposed fans of this industry, when someone who may have been bullied (which in a sense this is a form of it) gets international attention by outraged concerned individuals. Why aren't the fans having their say? Do fans not truly care?

I am sure that YG Entertainment has not played all their cards yet. There isn't a doubt in my mind that with all the great minds within that company, some solution for everything that has transpired recently will be resolved in the best way possible. This is a threat to all their livelihoods and when your back is pushed against the wall or the illusion of a mountain is placed before you, the true meaning of hwaiting comes into being. I know that Jiyong with all his passion has the whole of the Universe behind and with him in moving whatever obstacles to create the best possible solution for him. Everything is alright already. You'll see.

Way to go, KMRB. You just ruined someone's birthday, crushed hopes for millions of fans around the world, and also made millions of enemies all in the span of a few days. Congratu–fricking-lations.

  • justixx

was this gd album really necessary? he already sings 90% of big bang songs, isn't that enough for him? why now? this is big bang year, they just reached worldwide success, they have another tour starting in a few weeks, this gd album is really pointless. especially as it's creating all this drama, everything was fine until now.

    • Jacqueline

Jiyong has a style all his own. He signed with YG Entertainment with the notion that HE'D be doing what he loves and that was rap. He's had to wait for YEARS to do what he's wanted to do and that was create his own entity. Sure he's gotten to rap and be a lyricist through Big Bang and other artist, yet his vision has not always been fulfilled. Any piece of creative thought that anyone puts their heart and soul into must be expressed and released into the Universe. It is within him to express himself. He's not creating the drama, the KMRB is and YG along with others that this issue effects are taking it to them. Don't you have something that you are passionate about that MUST be heard and seen? Even it's a piece of clothing, software you've created, art, is there anything so that you understand what I'm saying. Big Bang was not Jiyong's dream. It was YG's dream. Yet, it was a way for him to get to part of his dreams. Does that help at all? Let's not start taking this out on him and blaming for this. This has been in the works for much longer than his album has been. He's not the only artist this affects.

    • URstupid

Go hate somewhere else! And how stupid, why is this GD's fault LOL

    • alltheskies

Because he's f**king talent and his debut solo album is a f**king success. Get the f**k out, serious.

    • VenezuelanVIP

Stupid comment. I can see that you don't like GD. If you want to blame someone for all this drama, blame the f*cking KMRB. They're the ones causing all this trouble with that stupid censorship law. This new law will affect all kpop artists, it will create drama in the whole kpop industry.

"everything was fine until now" Yeah of course everything was fine until now... until now that this idiotic law is about to be implemented. Seriously, it's obvious that you don't know anything about the current situation in the kpop industry so, i'd advice you to do your research on the matter and read about this law before posting crappy comments against GD. I just can't understand how could you reach to this conclusion? Articles about this law have been posted recently on BBU, and even on this article it is clearly explained the trouble that this law will cause to GD and YG, yet you still choose to blame GD for all this trouble. Are you sure that you are even a fan?

Geez, you need to improve your reading comprehension skills. GD is not even my bias but your comment really REALLY pissed me off. GD's new solo album is pointless, really? Please, don't forget that we owe about 80-90% of Bigbangs songs to GD's musical genius. Therefore, saying that he doesn't deserve to have his solo album is extremely selfish. He already does a lot for Bigbang so, he deserves to also achieve his own dreams just as the rest of BB members. Currently, all of BB members are minding their own business with their solo activities, why can't GD have his solo album now then?

  • sadVIP

So just wondering... Are netizens doing anything to fight this, like protest, petitions, i don't know... anything! How about the companies? The Big3 they should do something!!!
kvip's were crying a river over GD's choice of underpants, why not cry out NOW!!

As international fans, what can we do?? Petitions?, we have done them before and have gotten the attention of the Korean media. =(

    • Jacqueline

That is what I have been calling for. I have been trying to excite everybody everywhere, wherever I go online. I'm not getting much out of anyone. Just disappointment in what's happening. I have a blog that I'm just getting underway for other reasons (empowerment of women and girls), yet I'm willing to use it in some way to help out if I can with a petition. I've been looking at petition sites not knowing exactly which is best or how to go about this. Yet, I am in the process of writing about all of this and will get it out there as much as I can, wherever I can. However, I need the whole of the fans who want to send a message behind me. I'll stand out front. I just need more voices. sometimes one small voice does not bring about change. I've been trying to reach the KMRB as well to learn more about this as well as I'm speaking with news outlets. Still, I need the force of the many behind me. I'll stand with YG and the others in the industry. Maybe not as a big time player in the industry, yet as a vehicle for the many. It's to all of you.

  • juno_bug

Did GD actually not plan to release the album on his birthday though, cmiiw? But YG seriously has a big problem with time management. Not a butthurt fan here, but remember how many times YG delayed members' solo album, such as Daesung's and Taeyang's (he always say, "We will release Daesung's solo album" since what-year). And they haven't released some concerts' schedules either. Sigh -__-"

And I have nothing to say about KMRB anymore, couldn't be more agree with a lot of people in this forum :)

  • TOTOROED

Just realised if GDTOP were to ever make some new materials, most of them would have to be censored... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

    *CRIES*

    • Yuki

yep bye bye creativity n freedom of expression now will only have bunnies n candy pink all over BB n their solo songs xD this law aaaaah i just wana slap those people some sense instead of helping they making things worse for the industry as a whole but hey since they are no singers or producers etc i guess they dont give a *** and are just making laws out of their butt

  • michael_13

THERE'S NOTHING WRONG TO IMPLEMENT A LAW. BUT THIS KIND OF LAW WILL EFFECT NOT ONLY THE BUSINESS AND THE ARTIST BUT ALSO THE SPREAD OF K POP MUSIC GLOBALLY.AS FOR ME, IF U WILL TRY TO COMPARE THE MVS OF THE WEST AND EUROPEAN WITH THE KOREAN MVS I DON'T SEE ANY OFFENDING, SENSUAL OR SEXUAL TO THEIR MVS EXCEPT SHOWING THEIR THIGHS,LEGS AND ABS. RAIN DANCING LIKE A STRIPPER WHICH I FOUND REALLY CHEAP.I MEAN COME ON, THERE'S NOTHING REALLY TO CENSORE TO THEIR MVS...MVS OF SUPER JUNIOR DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO CENSORE TO THEIR MVS!!!!! THEIR MVS SORRY TO SAY IS LIKE A CHILDREN'S SHOW DANCING TO THE TUNE OF .... I JUST HOPE THAT THE BOARD OF CENSOR WILL IMPLEMENT A LAW THAT IS REASONABLE AND REALISTIC...

  • maggiestrange

Well, that's one way to ruin a birthday. :/

  • IBkaytee

the new rule is so stupid -_- all time matter aside i dont get how this law is even regulated. I mean who and on what authority has the right to judge what people should and shouldn't see? if the video is so offensive then i have confidence that the public will judge that themselves.

  • pascha120

None of us know exactly what's going on behind the scenes. It may not be YG's fault at all and for all we know the boys are taking it upon themselves (after the lost time due to scandals/time off away from BB) to pack more work into their schedule while they're young, agile and possibly single/free. Yes there could be a chance that YG is milking BB but I think there is also a strong chance that some of the members want to push themselves harder while they're in their 20's. There could be a possibility that they've all come to realize that they can't perform as BB together forever and while they're still young they're laying the groundwork for other careers they'd like to pursue (in GD's case my suspicion is he'll remain in the music industry and work as a producer/songwriter, TOP is interested in acting and Seung-ri may be interested in being a host/presenter).

I think there's a slim chance that the extra work that GD, TOP and Seung-ri have taken on was forced on them by YG. I agree that the schedule is messed up but again we don't know if the guys had a 'bring it on I'm young and I can handle it' attitude when YG told them just how packed their touring schedule was going to be. For all we know it might be the boy's fault for taking on more than they can handle but again if they want to pursue other projects then that's their choice.

Also in terms of GD's album there could've been a possibility that GD wasn't happy with his album (last year in Oct/Nov when it was meant to be released) or he wanted to collaborate with more busy foreign producers/singers/writers but had to wait till 2012 to fit the studio time with them into his schedule. I don't think there's any harm in GD spending more time on his pet project and on the up side more time = more time for GD to perfect his album and more time to rest before the big debut and more tour dates.

  • Cass

Why they can't understand the meaning of releasing the album on 18 August? Awww please let the album be in time!
Hehe but I'm sure this time GD had prepared something great for us. So the conclusion is we must wait.....LOLOLOL

  • sayhellototheworld

I feel so sad atm. GD must be so disappointed and frustrated that he couldn't release his solo album when he wanted. Such bad luck that the enforcement date is the same as his birthday. I hate this new rule. :/

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000857347605 Louxile Amido

They did it on purpose because they new that GD will release his solo! ahhh~! I'm so mad!

  • Akiumie
