It's a Chanel event (the brand, not channel) for their winter collection where VIPs ("very impt people" not BB's fanclub) are invited^^
Not sure if he was the only BB member there but looks like it. Other celebs like Onew of Shinee have been invited to the party :)

I feel bad for him. He turned back to the fans and looks like he was going to say hi and greet them like a good idol/ entertainer should do...but the bodyguards all but stop him and he throws up his hands in defeat, simply having to say hello and bye...
