From Trainer Hwang Ssabu's Me2Day. On DCVI, it says that it's Yoo In Na and Seungri. Yoo In Na is an actress from YG Family. I think she's the girl on Tell Me Goodbye MV?^^

    ooo.. I thought the girl in Tell Me Goodbye MV is miss Korea 2009 (pls correct me if i'm wrong).. I read it somewhere.
    So then the girl is Yoo In Na, eh? She's so pretty anyway!

    that's what I thought too. Cuz I saw a picture of Miss Korea 2009, Kim Ju-Ri and she looks alot like the girl in Tell Me Goodbye video, but then there are some that said it's not, rather it's Yoo In Na...but to me, it's not Yoo In Na, cuz in the video, it doesn't look like her...HAHAHA...and Kim Ju-Ri is also GD's friend, so it' makes sense to me...i don't know...HAHAH
